Not only has Julien Baker released three very good indie-rock albums – Sprained Ankle, Turn Out The Lights and Little Oblivions – she's also one-third of the world's coolest supergroup: boygenius, who have made their long-awaited comeback this month with three new tracks and the promise of a debut album – The Record – on March 31st 2023. For this episode, Julien talks to Charlie Gunn about her childhood love of BMX-ing, Game Boy, and Edgar Allen Poe in a conversation which meanders into chats about gender identity and finding your place in a heteronormative society.

Baxter Dury is an incredibly talented musician and he's just released his sixth solo album, 'The Night Chancers' which is well worth a listen.
